Sales Period Settings allow you to sell your product only for a pre-specified period of time.
You may set the sales start date, the sales end date, or both.
Note that the Sales Period Settings do not affect the Publish Setting. The product stays private until you change the Publish Setting. To sell your product, please set the Publish Setting to either Limited or Public.
Also, if the "Display only during the sales period" checkbox is ticked, the product will appear on the product list only for the duration of the Sales Period. Though the Publish Setting stays Public, the product will no longer be visible to the public.
