A parent product is one of the product formats.
A parent product allows other users to register products as a child product of the parent product. Also, some of the information of the child product will be displayed in the product details of the parent product.
When the parent product is public and the store is not private, you can receive a percentage of the child product's sales proceeds as a dividend from the child product when the child product is sold.
